1. Service Overview

The Memory Booth provides event-based photo booth rental services, including 360° Photo Booth and Digital Photo Booth experiences.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

• Remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before or on the day of the event.

• Payment details and instructions will be shared after your booking request is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date may qualify for a partial refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may not be eligible for a refund.

• In case of unforeseen technical issues or emergencies, The Memory Booth reserves the right to reschedule or provide a full refund.

4. Event Requirements

To ensure smooth operation during your event, please provide:

• Adequate space and power supply for the photo booth setup.

• Access to the event venue at least 1 hour before start time for setup.

• Permission from the venue (if required) to install and operate the booth.

5. Use of Photos & Videos

By using The Memory Booth services, you grant us permission to use photos or videos captured during the event for marketing or promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.) — unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the event.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• While we take great care with equipment and media, we are not responsible for loss due to power failure, technical issues, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

7. Equipment Care

Clients are responsible for ensuring that guests treat our photo booth and equipment respectfully.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or vandalism may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

8. Privacy

All personal information collected through bookings or forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

The Memory Booth reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
